Max Herzberg, PhD
Chairperson of the Board
Prof. Herzberg is the Founder and Chairperson of Vidac Pharma and a leading figure in Israel’s life sciences industry. He has founded and chaired multiple biotechnology companies in Israel and Europe and has held senior leadership roles bridging academic research and commercial innovation. Prof. Herzberg holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the Weizmann Institute of Science.
Christian Policard
Board Member
Dr. Policard is a senior life sciences executive with extensive international leadership experience. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Sanofi and as a member of its Global Executive Committee, overseeing diagnostics, agro-veterinary activities, and capital development. He also served as Executive Vice President at Institut Pasteur, responsible for technology transfer, and as Chairman of Cellectis. Dr. Policard currently serves on the boards of life sciences companies and health-related organizations in Europe, Israel, and the United States.
Yochai Richter
Board Member
Mr. Richter is a technology entrepreneur with a strong track record in company building and value creation. He is the Founder of Orbotech and served as its Chief Executive Officer and later as Active Chairman, leading the company from inception through a successful exit valued at approximately $3.4 billion. Mr. Richter holds an undergraduate degree from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and has served on the boards of several technology companies.
Joseph Tenne

Mr. Tenne is an experienced financial executive and board member with extensive expertise in public company finance, capital markets, and corporate governance. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Itamar Medical Ltd. and Ormat Technologies, Inc., both publicly traded companies. Mr. Tenne currently serves on the boards of several public companies listed on NASDAQ and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. He holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics and an MBA from Tel Aviv University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Oren M. Becker, PhD

Dr. Becker previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Vidac Pharma and brings more than 20 years of experience in biopharmaceutical entrepreneurship and leadership. His background includes founding and leading biotechnology companies and advancing novel pharmaceutical programs from discovery through development. Dr. Becker holds a Ph.D. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and completed postdoctoral training at Harvard University.
