Prof. Herzberg is a renowned scientist and biotechnology entrepreneur with decades of experience in building and leading life sciences companies. He is one of the founding figures of Israel's life sciences industry and has founded and chaired multiple biotechnology companies in Israel and Europe. Herzberg holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the Weizmann Institute of Science and has held senior leadership roles in academic-industry innovation frameworks in Europe.
Shuki Cohen
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Cohen brings more than 30 years of financial leadership experience in the healthcare and biotechnology sectors, supporting companies from early-stage development through public listings. His expertise spans financial management, capital markets, regulatory reporting, and corporate finance for life sciences companies. He has served as CFO and financial advisor to numerous Israeli biotech companies.
Sandra Gamzon
Operations Manager
Ms. Gamzon has over 30 years of experience in operational management across the biotechnology and high-tech industries. She has supported companies from early formation through growth and commercialization, with expertise in operations, quality systems, and organizational infrastructure in early-stage and clinical-stage environments.
Eyal Breitbart, PhD
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Breitbart has more than 20 years of executive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. He has led R&D, GMP manufacturing, and operational functions from early development through Phase 3 clinical trials. His experience includes building and scaling manufacturing infrastructure, regulatory compliance, and managing global operations across Israel, the U.S., and Europe. Dr. Breitbart holds a Ph.D. in Life Sciences from Bar-Ilan University and completed postdoctoral training at Tufts University School of Medicine.
Natalia Kronik, Adv.

Ms. Kronik is an attorney with over 10 years of experience in corporate law, capital markets, and transaction structuring. She has advised on equity and debt issuances and financing transactions, including public market activities in the EU, and previously worked with a Big Four firm.
Dr. Galia Temtsin Krayz, PhD
Senior Advisor, CMC & Formulations
Dr. Temtsin Krayz has over two decades of experience in pharmaceutical development and formulation science. She is the inventor of multiple proprietary drug delivery technologies and has led formulation and CMC development programs across oral, transmucosal, and intranasal platforms.
Dr. Rakefet Rosenfeld
Senior Advisor, Science and Technologies
Dr. Rosenfeld is a researcher and entrepreneur in biotechnology with over 20 years of experience in technology and therapeutic development. She holds a Ph.D. in Computational Biology and has previously served as a Research Associate Professor at Boston University's Department of Biomedical Engineering.
